Mr. Arun Kumar Patil
Chairman
Mr. Arunkumar Channabasappa Patil is a visionary leader and the esteemed Chairman of the organization. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Human Resources, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic business acumen.
Mr. Patil began his distinguished career with the Program Management team at HAL-ARDC, one of India’s premier aviation organizations, where he accumulated extensive experience in managing complex aerospace programs. His tenure at HAL-ARDC laid a strong foundation in program management and high-level coordination, which continues to influence his leadership approach.
Since the inception of the company, Mr. Patil has played a pivotal role in shaping its strategic vision and aligning it with evolving industry standards. Under his leadership, the organization has consistently pursued innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
His outstanding contributions have been recognized nationally, he is the recipient of three National Awards from the Government of India. In addition, he has been honored with the prestigious TiE Award and the SME Award, reflecting his excellence in entrepreneurship and leadership.
HJ Vincent jeong
Managing director
HJ Vincent Jeong holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and a master’s in Data Communication. He served over 28 years at LG Electronics, including a decade as an executive. Starting as a protocol engineer in CDMA and PCS technologies, he progressed to managing software projects and was later promoted to Vice President. During his tenure, he led the development and business operations of LG’s premium mobile models, including the globally successful G3, which sold over 10 million units.
As CEO of LGSI Corporation, Mr. Jeong drove key initiatives such as enhancing the webOS platform, developing AI-based services, expanding vehicle and smart home solutions, and growing B2B and robotics software. He also focused on strengthening India-based operations, technology internalization, and talent development through strategic partnerships and university programs.
His career reflects deep expertise in technology, business leadership, and innovation across global markets.
Basappa Veerapur
Head, India Business
Mr. Basappa Veerapur D serves as the Business Unit Head for Skill Development at Cadmaxx, bringing over two decades of extensive experience in the field. A seasoned leader in the skill development sector, he has consistently led strategic initiatives to strengthen both corporate training programs and government-backed projects.
His core expertise lies in crafting and executing robust business strategies to attract and manage large-scale corporate clients. Under his leadership, Cadmaxx has made significant contributions to the national skill development mission, delivering impactful training solutions that have driven substantial growth in both volume and profitability.

Arunkumar, a graduate born and raised in Bangalore, is now the CEO of the company. He brings over 20 years of experience across diverse domains including Electronics, Logistics, Human Resources, and more than a decade in government skill development projects. Throughout his career, he has contributed to leading organizations such as Accenture, Quess Corp, and Cadmaxx. Arunkumar has successfully driven initiatives across various Indian states, gaining a deep understanding of diverse business environments, cultures, and people. He has also held leadership roles in government liaising and apprenticeship programs under the Government of India.
