Apprentice Trainings & Curriculum

The Government of India continues to prioritize skilling as a key initiative, aiming to engage 50 lakh apprentices. To support this goal, the Apprenticeship Act of 1961 was amended in August 2016, and the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) was launched to foster a culture of apprenticeship. Xenithra Global Solutions in collaboration with Cadmaxx Solutions Education Trust (Group of Cadmaxx) with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, has been appointed as a Third Party Aggregator (TPA) for NAPS. As part of our commitment to skilling, we provide the best apprenticeship solutions to our clients, helping them choose the right courses. Additionally, we assist in developing training curricula for all apprenticeship programs, ensuring that apprentices are well-prepared for assessment and certification.
